Scooter Underground is a scooter and electric bike shop in Victoria, BC, Canada. The bill themselves as “Purveyors of Urban Transportation”
Very funky shop, great service, and people who know what they are talking about.
Check it out if you are ever in Victoria, BC.
Word is that they are going to expand into other locales in Canada and perhaps the United States.

Your closest dealer at this point is Scooter Underground in Victoria Phone 1-877-520-7243. http://www.scooterunderground.ca They do not have the SYMBA in stock yet but if you call them, they can tell you when and how to get one on order.
